Bookings can be made on line or by phone 01297 32036 (9am - 7pm)
A 50% deposit is required on booking and the balance is due 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival.
The onus is on you to pay the balance on time please.
We email a balance invoice a week before due date but please do not rely on this.
We use a secure online server or you can telephone us.
Most cards accepted (not Amex). Debit cards no surcharge. 2.5% credit card surcharge.
Refundable £100 damage and breakages Bond taken with balance.
Regret no pets. No smoking inside property.
If you would like 24/7 Central Heating there is a small charge (£5 per night), payable on booking or arrival.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking.
